You can use this item in Inventory > Tab Item > Tab Feature Item.
You must use the Namecard Item first to be able to use this Item,

and Duration of 3 Days with Discount 70% WILL NOT come out / appear again.

4. 1 Account only HAS 1X CHANCE to purchase among the promo items with the duration provided.
Example :
